NCLA Children’s Services Division presents COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT: WHAT TO KNOW AND HOW TO GROW

Representatives from Baker and Taylor will speak about their “cart” ordering process and Robert Drake, NLS Assistant Director, Technology Operations, will give us an update on ALIS, circulation issues and concerns, and how NLS can support your collection development efforts by generating the right reports.

There will be time at the end to discuss library collection development practices and strategies, so please come prepared with any thoughts or comments you have about these issues.

This program is $5 for members of NCLA, SCLA, and library students.
The non-member fee is $20. Please make checks payable to NCLA.
Please fill in the form and send with a check to Roosevelt Public Library
Attn: Sarah Aiosa by September 21, 2018.

Two and a half (.25) contact hours will be awarded (.25 CEUs)
