Library Advocacy Day Virtual Prep Session – Thursday, January 30

Library staff and trustees are invited to NLS’ Library Advocacy Day prep sessions on Thursday, January 30. Register here to attend the live virtual session from 1:00 – 2:00 pm or receive the recording.

NLS Director Caroline Ashby and Assistant Director Nicole Scherer will brief attendees on how to participate in Library Advocacy Day on February 5, 2024. The session will cover statewide and local talking points for advocating for an increase in library funding in the next State budget.

Please note:

  • All registrants will receive the recording the day after the live virtual session.
  • Registrants for the virtual session will receive the entry link the day before the session.
  • CEUs or Trustee Training certificates will be issued as applicable to those who complete the in-person or live virtual session.
